lotsop is a profile-based opportunity search and matching marketplace, providing a valuable link between individuals seeking to enrich their lives and organizations providing opportunities in the areas of travel, migration, employment, education as well as related products and services.
lotsop Members provide their personal details and information such as current location, marital status, education, achievements and employment history as well as their aspirations, objectives and goals.
lotsop Partners can list any number of opportunities, as well as goods and services in our marketplace.
lotsop then matches partner opportunities, products and services to our members profile - providing them with opportunities that genuinely match their needs and wants and helping them create a truly personalized experience.
lotsop is a place for our Members to begin and plan their personal journey, we provide opportunities to enrich, change, enhance, or improve an individual’s life.
“Account” means a collection of information that lotsop uses to link your personal or business and other information to you and grant you access to that information on demand.
“Fees” means the fees specified in a Partner Pricing List or otherwise as calculated in accordance with lotsop’s standard listing rates and includes any agreed fees payable.
“Listing” means an advertising listing placed by a Partner with lotsop;
“lotsop”, “we”, “our” or “us” means lotsop Pte Ltd., UEN No. 201406891W, of 16 Raffles Quay, #33–03, Hong Leong Building, Singapore, 048581 a company registered in the Republic of Singapore.
"Member" means the individual who signs up with lotsop to search, find and receive opportunities.
“Opportunity” is a listing for a lots:op member to choose, in the area of employment, education, migration or job. An opportunity can be free or have some form of payment attached. We provide opportunities, which will enrich, change, enhance, or improve an individual’s life.
“Partner” means the entity, business or institution offering Opportunities, or placing Listings on the Website to Members via lotsop.
“Partner Pricing List means the list setting out the various fees payable monthly as a lotsop Partner and for each Listing.
"Service" means the service provided by lotsop. A detailed description of the lotsop service can be found at About us
“Users”or "you" or "your" or "their” means, collectively, the Members, Partners and Visitors.
“Visitor” means an individual with access to the lotsop website but who is neither a Member nor a Partner.
"Website" means www.lotsop.com
1. Relationship of the Parties
lotsop provides a virtual marketplace, through which Members may search for and find, and Partners may offer, suitable Opportunities. When the Member provides their credit card details and clicks the “purchase” button for an Opportunity, a separate contract is formed between the Member and the Partner for the provision of and payment for the said Opportunity.
As lotsop operates merely as a facilitator of the transaction and does not itself offer the products and services, lotsop is not liable for the provision of and payment for the Opportunity in any way.
2. Contracting with lotsop
Any person submitting a Listing for inclusion on lotsop warrants that they have the authority to bind the Partner in accordance with this Agreement.
3. Licence& Website Access
Upon registration with lotsop, you will be granted a limited licence to access and make personal use of this Website to place Listings, to view content and provide information and otherwise use the Services, to the extent intended and permitted by the functionality thereof in accordance with this Agreement.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this Website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this Website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This Website or any portion of this Website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of lotsop.
Any use of the Website contrary to our mission and purpose (such as seeking to download content (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of lotsop), is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including, without limitation, title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in lotsop and all related items, including any and all copies made of the lotsop websites.
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. As between you and lotsop, you own the content and information you provide lotsop under this Agreement, and may request its deletion at any time, unless you have shared information or content with others and they have not deleted it, or it was copied or stored by other users.
Partners may not use information received through lotsop Services for any purpose other than that which such information was provided for and approved for such use.
By using this Website or communicating with lotsop by electronic means, the User consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
5. Maintaining the security of your Account
If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password.
lotsop will not be held responsible for any access gained by third parties to your personal Account, whether the login details were provided by you or were otherwise obtained.
6. Partner Account
To begin using your Partner Account, you will be required to provide your business or company registration details, registered address and contact details. Upon submission of the Partner’s details, you consent to lotsop verifying the said Partner’s details through the following means:
a. Phone verification: lotsop shall contact you through the contact number provided, and we shall verify the Partner’s details assubmitted.
b. Company Registry: lotsop shall perform a search on the Partner’s details provided and or contact the appropriate company registration authority to verify the Partner details as submitted.
7. Member Account
lotsop will use and rely on information provided by the Member in the provision of the Service. The accuracy of the Service shall depend on the accuracy and completeness of such information. lotsop will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
lotsop collects the User’s personal information to assist in providing the goods or services the User has requested and to improve the delivery of lotsop’s Services.
lotsop may contact the Member about goods, services or promotions which may be of interest to the Member. lotsop may also share the Member’s information with other persons or entities who assist Lotsop in providing its Services.
Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement, lotsop will not sell or disclose your personal information (as defined in the Privacy Statement) to third parties without your explicit consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, featured therein, is the property of lotsop or its Partners, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
The compilation of all content on this Website is the exclusive property of lotsop and protected by the laws which apply in the countries we operate in and international copyright laws. All software used on this Website is the property of lotsop or its software suppliers, and is protected by local and international copyright laws
The Website is provided by lotsop on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. lotsop makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Website. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, lotsop disclaims all warranties, and you expressly agree that your use of this Website is at your sole risk.
lotsop does not warrant that the Website, its servers, or email sent from lotsop will function without interruption, or will operate free of error, or does not contain viruses or other harmful components. lotsop will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
lotsop does not control or vet user generated content for accuracy. Further lotsop does not have any obligation to verify the identity of any Users, nor does it have any obligation to monitor the use of its services by other users of the community. As such it does not warrant or represent the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any of the communications posted by other users or endorse any opinions expressed by them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, lotsop disclaims all warranties, including without prejudice to the foregoing, any warranties in respect of merchantability, availabilityof featured products or services, non-infringement of third party rights, fitness for particular purpose, or about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timelines or other qualities of the Website and the contents, services, software, text, graphics and links contained therein. Any reliance by Users on any material posted by other Users shall be at their own risk. Users should independently assess and verify the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information on the Website and to seek professional advice where necessary.
Any material, service or technology described or used on our Website may be subject to intellectual property rights owned by third parties who have licensed such material, service, or technology to us. In addition, we neither warrant nor represent that your use of the services will not infringe the rights of third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, lotsop excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, representations and conditions whether implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise.
In no circumstances will lotsop or its employees, officers or agents be liable, whether in tort, contract or otherwise for any indirect loss, loss of profits, consequential loss or special or exemplary damage suffered by the Member, Partner or any other person, even if such loss or damages are foreseeable and whether or not lotsop has been advised of the possibility thereof.
Without limiting the application of this clause, the liability of lotsop or its employees, officers or agents to the Member, Partner or any other person, for any and all loss or damage arising in relation to the Agreement will be limited to an amount equal to the Fees paid in respect of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify lotsop, its officers, employees, agents and related companies against any claims, proceedings, demands, losses, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), damages and other liabilities of any nature taken, made or awarded against or incurred by lotsop its officers, employees, agents and related companies, whether arising directly or indirectly, from or in connection with your use of the Website or its contents or the Users’ breach of this Agreement, including, without limitation, as a result of claims by third parties.
This indemnification shall be in addition to all other obligations of users under the Agreement, and shall not prejudice any other rights or remedies available at law to lotsop.
13. Provision of Service
lotsop cannot offer taxation, business, education or investment advice. Any information provided by our employees on these matters should only be interpreted as general information and the Member should obtain professional advice regarding these matters.
This Website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the accuracy or the privacy practices of other such sites. We encourage any Members or Visitors to be aware that when they leave our site, they should read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects identifiable personal information.
15. Payment of Fees by Partner
All Fees are payable by the Partner to lotsop for the continued use of lotsop’s Website and services. The subscription Fees are due on the last day of each calendar month and are subject to revision from time to time.
The Partner authorizes lotsop to charge the Partner's payment card automatically at the interval and in the amount selected by the Customer based on the available options for regular payments on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
The Partner agrees that the payment card specified by the Partner for recurring payments to lotsop is, and will continue to be, an account that the Partner owns, and that the Partner will maintain sufficient availability under the Partner 's credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to the Partner 's debit card, as applicable, to pay recurring payments. The Partner can cancel recurring payments by contacting lotsop at least five (5) business days prior to your next recurring payment due date.
The Partner undertakes to pay such prevailing consumer tax in Singapore, by whatsoever name it may be called, as and when required.
17. Purchase of Opportunities by Member
The Member shall make full payment to the Partner upon the purchase of an Opportunity, by means of credit card.
18. Transacting outside lotsop
Members and Partners are prohibited from offering to or transacting through any other channels outside the lotsop platform. All transactions between Members and Partners are to be conducted solely through the lotsop platform and utilizing lotsop services.
All Members and Partners are liable to pay lotsop for any transaction, if there is any evidence to show such transaction which was procured through an advertisement on the Lotsop Website.
lotsop uses Paypal (www.paypal.com), a third party payment gateway for all payments. lotsop does not obtain your card details. PayPal processes your payment and forwards the payment to us. You will be sent a payment confirmation email from PayPal immediately once your payment has completed successfully. For PayPal terms and conditions please visit their website www.paypal.com.
For avoidance of doubt, all payment amounts are represented in USD. Paypal does not provide converting transactions prices, for example if you are in Australia it will not show the equivalent in AUD. We have listed equivalents of some of the main currencies of our products on their respective pages. Please be aware these “equivalents” are subject to change as is the foreign exchange stock market at any given time. Therefore we are not liable for any discrepancies in charges for international currencies.
You may terminate this Agreement for any or no reason, at any time, with notice to lotsop. The notice will be effective upon the processing of your notice by lotsop. lotsop may terminate this Agreement and your Account for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without notice. This cancellation shall be effective immediately or as may be specified in the notice.
Termination includes cancelling your registration with or ability to have full or partial access to this Website and/or any other service provided to you by us, disabling your access to the Website and also barring you from any future use of lotsop Services.
Termination of this Agreement by lotsop does not affect any other rights of lotsop under law or equity including the right to recover payment of all Fees that would have been payable under the contract had it not been terminated.
Without limiting any other remedies, lotsop may, without notice, and without refunding any Fees, delay or immediately remove content, warn lotsop Members and Partners of a User's actions, issue a warning to a User, temporarily suspend a User, temporarily or indefinitely suspend a User's Account privileges, terminate a User's Account, prohibit access to the Website, and take technical and legal steps to keep a User off the Website and refuse to provide services to a user if any of the following apply:
lotsop suspects a user has breached the terms of this Agreement.
lotsop is unable to verify or authenticate any of your personal information or content.
lotsop believes that a user is acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of lotsop's policies and/or this Agreement, has engaged in improper or fraudulent activity in connection with lotsop or the actions may cause legal liability or financial loss to lotsop's users or to lotsop.
Further, the User acknowledges the right of lotsop to gain access to the Users’ Account if and when lotsop receives any information suggesting that the said User has committed or attempted to commit a breach of the Agreement, to investigate the breach, and if necessary take legal action to enforce the said breach.
22. Internal Complaints Procedure
lotsop is committed to providing its Members with the highest standard of service. Our complaint handling process is designed to ensure that clients' concerns are treated seriously and addressed promptly and fairly.
All complaints must be submitted in writing. All such written complaints will be acknowledged in writing. Upon receipt of the complaint, lotsop will contact you in the next seven (7) business days to acknowledge receipt. A detailed review will be conducted and a response provided to the client within 10 - 15 days. All clients will receive written notification of any investigation undertaken and the resolution achieved.
Our commitment to our client is genuine.
23. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore regardless of your country of origin or where you access lotsop, and notwithstanding of any conflicts of law principles and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods.
24. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
The language of the arbitration shall be in the English language.
Notwithstanding the above, you agree that Lotsop shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
Where lotsop has provided you with a translation of the English language version of this Agreement, the Privacy Statement, or any other documentation, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of this Agreement, the Privacy Statement, and any other documentation, will govern your relationship with lotsop.
The provisions of the Agreement shall be enforceable independently of each other and the validity of each provision shall not be affected if any of the others is invalid. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to effect the intention of the provision.
27. Entire Agreement
The Agreement shall constitute the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between the parties and regarding your use of the Website and lotsop services and shall replace and supersede all prior arrangements, undertakings, representations and warranties by or between the parties in relation to the subject matters hereof.
No person has been authorised to give any representations on behalf of lotsop in regards to the subject matter or the terms of this Agreement.
29. No informal waivers, agreements or representations
Our failure to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others, shall not operate as a waiver of that term or condition, or waive our right to enforce such breach or subsequent similar or other breaches at a later time. Except as expressly and specifically contemplated by the Agreement, no representations, statements, consents, waivers or other acts or omissions by lotsop shall be deemed legally binding on us, unless documented in a physical writing hand signed by a duly appointed officer of lotsop.
30. Assignment and Delegation
We may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially without notice to you. We may also substitute, by way of unilateral novation, effective upon notice to you, lotsop for any third party that assumes our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
The User may not assign to any third party any of its rights under any agreement or any part of an agreement to which this Agreement applies or any right in respect of advertising Listings allocated in accordance with such an agreement except on terms previously agreed in writing with Lotsop.
31. Force Majeure
Without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement limiting or disclaiming liability, lotsop is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, failure of the internet, power failure, failure of computer, telecommunication or other equipment, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortage of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, act of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts and non-performance of third parties.

lotsop reserves the right to amend, add to, delete or revise the terms of this Agreement and any other information relating to the Service at any time without notice to you. You are advised to periodically review the same as your continued use of the Website shall constitute your acceptance of the varied terms and they shall be binding upon you.
